What we collect
When you complete the roadmap wizard, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the state of your project, and your answers about your project, timeline, and finances. We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or account numbers, and completing the wizard is not a loan application and does not involve a credit inquiry.
How we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: preparing and providing your construction financing consultation with Emil Izrailov (NMLS #132173). We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third-party lead buyers, marketers, or data brokers.
Communications
If you gave consent on the wizard's contact form, Emil Izrailov may contact you by phone, text, or email about construction financing. You may revoke that consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using an email's unsubscribe link, or contacting us directly, and consent is never a condition of receiving services.
Storage & security
Lead information is stored in an access-controlled database. Administrative access is limited and password-protected. We retain lead information for as long as reasonably needed to serve you; you may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting (248) 961-4300.

This site uses only the cookies necessary to operate (such as the administrator sign-in session). It does not use advertising trackers.
